  I religiously visit the gym and have an office job which requires me to stay in a repetitive posture. It was inevitable that I would sustain injuries and mobility impairment with my body. I came to see Tom with the problems that I was encountering, namely with my upper trapezium, shoulders and lower back pain. I was immediately surprised and overwhelmed with the treatments received from Tom, as he was very realistic in his approach to the treatments he carried out on me. From carrying out deep tissue massages, acupuncture, correcting my posture and teaching me stretches, I found Tom took the time to educate me on the root cause of my injuries and the best way to remedy my pain. It was never a rushed service. If anything, Tom is realistic in his stretches that he shows me, idealistic as to what I am likely to carry out at the gym or my posture within my office. Rather than have me drastically change my lifestyle, Tom has taught me exercises that I am likely to carry out rather than what the textbooks dictate. Tom's attention to detail and personalised exercise & rehab programs really made a difference not just to treat the injuries but to help prevent further complications by correcting weaknesses I am very grateful to Tom as I feel that I am able enjoy my work and extracurricular activities, without the need of being in constant agony and taking medication. I highly recommend Tom and I strongly appreciate all his hardwork and assistance. Thanks Tom!!!

  Tom was very professional. He took time to explain things to me and answered all my questions. The treatment I received has definitely helped. All round good experience at Flex Physio Practice.
