- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪absolutely shocking service, members of staff complaining infornt of customer refusing to do certain jobs because they don't want to to the job, no organisation out of everything people are asking for and blaming some one on holiday, no clue when products are in people waiting over an hr for percriptions. I would say your team fully need retraining on job and customer service after all this I get home and the actual pharmacist got my prescription completely wrong which would of meant me taking the wrong medication I believe this need to be looked into. I understand being short staffed or staff not knowing what they are doing but for a fully trained pharmacist to mix up medication this could cause hospitalization or worse we put our trust in these people I will never be using this pharmacist again and will be taking this complaint furtherby Michelle StoneNovember 05, 2017
