  Unlike those who have posted before me, a positive experience. Perhaps a case of the only people who review are those who had a bad experiance? I too have a phobia of dentists, though perhaps not as strong as some. I find it helps to close your eyes. It's worse seeing the tools approaching your mouth, and then imaging what is going to happen. I started with an emergency appointment due to tooth-ache. I got an appointment within 5 hours of my call. The lady dentist put me at ease, and did a quick exam, took an x-ray, put me on antibiotics, and re-booked me in 3 weeks time for an extraction. Needless to say I was more than a bit nervous when the time came to get the tooth pulled. The injections of anaesthetic I hardly felt, though it tasted vile. Perhaps mildly uncomfortable, not painful. After probably 4 minutes of (painless) pulling I was starting to think to myself 'how long is this going to take?' Only for her to say 'That's it, all done.' Not a pleasant experiance, but not unpleasant either. It made me wonder why I waited so long in the first place to get it sorted, as if I had gone in sooner I would almost certainly have had a filling and not an extraction.
